On March 3, 2023, the BootCamp of Cisco academies instructors took place. The Cisco Academy at the Department of IST became part of the event’s organizing committee.

The Cisco Academies Support Center at the Department of Information Systems and Technologies of National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” became part of the organizing committee of the BootSamp international conference of instructors of Cisco Academies of Ukraine, which took place on March 3, 2023 in Ternopil, on the basis of Ternopil Ivan Puluj National Technical University (BootSamp of instructors of Cisco Ternopil academies 2023).
The organizers of the bootcamp were Ternopil Ivan Puluj National Technical University, National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”, National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”, National Technical University “Dnipro Polytechnic”, State University “Zhytomyr Polytechnic”, Cherkasy State Technological University, Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University.

The BootCamp was held in a mixed format, which involved face-to-face participation and online broadcasting using the Cisco Webex platform.

Instructors from Cisco academies, who conduct professional Cisco courses, strive for professional development and introduce innovative approaches to the educational process both at their universities and at the Cisco academy, took part in the bootcamp and discussed their experience.

Three sessions were organized within the bootcamp.

In particular, instructors of Cisco academies from leading universities in Ukraine and Europe presented their reports: Rector of TNTU — Mykola Mytnyk, GM Cisco Ukraine — Serhii Martynchuk, Regional Manager for Innovation and Digital Transformation — Volodymyr Orlov, Head of Global Partner Strategies and Planning, Member of the NetAcad Leadership team — Carsten Simons, Regional Manager, Cisco Neworking Academy Europe CIS — Armand Leblois, Corporate Social Responsibility Program Manager at Cisco — Anna Chaharovska-Rybkavska, Cisco Academy Instructor, University of Information Technologies and Management (Rzeszów, Poland) — Nataliia Poliakova , Technical Manager for Europe in NetAcad — Rakel Martinez.
