Our developments

ACTS department has experience of execution of engineering and technical projects at the request of enterprises and organizations. Significant scientific and technical potential, well-equipped research and teaching laboratories, combination of experience with the energy of youth – makes it possible to implement a wide range of complex hardware-software systems. The specialists of the department have mastered the state-of-the-art equipment and technology for project development and deployment.


Development of technological process control systems based on modern software and hardware (process controller type P-130, KR-300, S7-200 (Siemens), Schneider and others), robust, neural networks and fuzzy control algorithms.


Developing systems for collecting, recording, storing, processing, and displaying information about the process activity of utility units (boilers, water heaters. Gas distribution stations, etc.), analyzing received information and reporting.


Development of software means for monitoring and controlling telecommunication systems. Development of methods and tools of analysis and control of regional information and communications networks, telecommunications equipment monitoring in local networks.


Development of equipment for measurement and control in automated control systems for the food industry.


Enterprise software development:

  • Global inventory automation system (its main features: designed to work on the enterprise and in organizations with many warehouses in the presence of material flows between them, supports working with barcodes, the visual part is implemented in Delphi, report generation – in the Microsoft Visual Studio C + + , DBMS – Oracle 8і, using an application server Megapolis 2);
  • Electonic document workflow system (implemented in Delphi, DBMS – MS SQLServer2000);
  • SmartBase application server (implemented in an Microsoft Visual Studio.Net C # environment, data is exchanged in XML, includes, among other subsystems, the subsystem for code generation by class metadata, thin client mechanisms and version control metadata).

Modernization of programmed numerical control with the replacement of “Elektronika-60” for an industrial PC with recovery of (lost) algorithms, including systems analysis and design software based on Rational Rose. Introduced at the “Arsenal” factory.


Develop and implement a variety of systems, devices for control and monitoring: system for input, processing, output and control commands transfer to power supply substations.


Development of methods and means of classification and recognition:

  • mechanical product area to optimize the load-turret turning area;
  • technological process for obtaining a chemical product with desired properties;
  • aerospace images.

Development of industrial coal electrical properties research system and identification of its calorific value, the oil and petroleum products quality during the extraction and transportation control system.


Design, installation, configuration and support of local, corporate and industrial networks. The analysis, simulation, optimization and implementation of local, corporate and industrial networks. Research and development of interfaces and devices for objects communications.
